Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use BlogFleet, a managed blog service. Read them before you create an account or buy a plan.
1. Who we are
In these terms, "BlogFleet", "we", and "us" mean the operator of the BlogFleet service. You can contact us at hi@blogfleet.app.
2. The service
BlogFleet researches your business, plans independent blogs about your sector, writes articles, reviews them, publishes them on the blogs that BlogFleet hosts for you, and measures the results. BlogFleet can also update an existing article instead of writing a new one.
Each blog has its own name and does not show the name of your startup. The articles can mention and recommend your startup where the facts support it. Each blog shows this statement on its About page and under each article: "This publication may feature companies that support it."
BlogFleet uses artificial intelligence to research, write, and review articles. BlogFleet reviews each article before publication, but the result can contain mistakes. Read the articles that BlogFleet publishes for you. If an article contains an error, you can correct it in your dashboard or contact us.
We do not promise specific search rankings, traffic, or sales.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- Give correct information about your business. Use only websites, names, and materials that you are allowed to use.
4. Basic plan and article actions
Basic costs US$30 per month for one startup. It includes up to three independent blogs for that startup, and 30 article actions for each blog in each monthly billing period.
For each article action, you can ask for a new article, or you can let BlogFleet decide whether to update an existing article or write a new one. Research and editorial review are included.
An article action counts when BlogFleet starts it. Article actions of one blog cannot be used for another blog. Unused article actions do not carry over to the next billing period. Additional startups and additional blogs are not available yet.
5. Payment and renewal
Stripe processes payments for BlogFleet. We do not receive or store your full card details.
The subscription renews every month until you cancel it. Stripe charges your payment method at the start of each billing period. The price shown at checkout is the total amount that you pay.
If a payment fails, BlogFleet pauses new work until the payment succeeds. Your saved data and your published blog stay available.
If we change the price, we tell you by e-mail before the new price applies. You can cancel before it applies.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Billing on your Profile page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. BlogFleet keeps working until then, and Stripe does not charge you again.
When the paid period ends, BlogFleet stops new work. Your saved data and your published blog stay available.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you conclude the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision with a clear statement, for example by e-mail to hi@blogfleet.app. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We use the same means of payment that you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You do not pay any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
At checkout you request that BlogFleet starts the service during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, you pay an amount in proportion to the service provided until you informed us of your withdrawal.
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

8. Other refund requests
Apart from the right of withdrawal, you can ask for a refund with the refund form on your Profile page or by e-mail to hi@blogfleet.app. We review each request individually. A request is not an approval.
If we approve and complete a full refund for the current billing period, BlogFleet stops new work for that period. Your saved data and your published blog stay available.
9. Payment disputes
If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, BlogFleet pauses new work while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided against us, the work stays paused until we review the account. Your saved data and your published blog stay available.
10. Archiving a startup
You can archive a startup. Archiving stops future work for that startup. Work that is already running can finish. BlogFleet keeps the startup's saved data and its live blog. An archived startup still counts toward your startup limit.
11. Your content and your blog
You own the articles that BlogFleet creates for you and the blog that BlogFleet hosts for you. To the extent that we hold any rights in that content, we transfer them to you.
You can download your current articles from the Articles page at any time. On request to hi@blogfleet.app, we transfer the blog's source repository to you, so that you can host the blog yourself.
You allow us to store, process, adapt, and publish your content as needed to provide BlogFleet.
12. Acceptable use
Do not use BlogFleet for unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, or to infringe the rights of others. Do not try to access the data of other customers or to disrupt the service.
You are responsible for the content of your blogs and for their compliance with the law that applies to you, including the rules on advertising and on the disclosure of commercial relationships. Do not remove the standard disclosure, and add more information where the law requires it.
We can pause or end your access if you break these terms or the law. We tell you the reason by e-mail, unless the law forbids it.
13. Closing your account
To close your account, send a request to hi@blogfleet.app from the e-mail address of your account. We review each request. Then we delete your account data and remove the blog that BlogFleet hosts for you. We answer within one month.
Before we delete your data, you can download your articles and ask us to transfer the blog's source repository to you. We keep payment and tax records as long as the law requires.
14. Availability and changes to the service
BlogFleet depends on external providers, such as hosting and AI services. We work to keep BlogFleet available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.
We can improve or change BlogFleet. If a change removes an important part of the paid service, we tell you in advance, and you can cancel.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, for example for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, our total liability for all claims about BlogFleet is limited to the amount that you paid for BlogFleet in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost search rankings, unless the law requires it.
16. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. We tell you about important changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes apply.
17. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator of BlogFleet has its place of business. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of that country.
